Quiet the noise.
Be present as life unfolds.
Coaching for women who are ready to settle the mind and meet life fully, responding with awareness to what they can't control, and co-creating with life as it unfolds. Expect depth. Also expect to laugh.
Is your mind driving, or are you?
Researchers estimate we have more than 6,000 thoughts a day. Without noticing, we let that noise make our choices: what we fear, what we chase, how we react. Most of us were never shown how to step out of our own thinking.
It's a skill, and it can be learned. When the mind gets quiet, you can finally hear the wiser part of you underneath, and life starts to feel lighter, fuller and more joyful.
“The primary cause of unhappiness is never the situation but your thoughts about it.”
Coaching is the heart of my work.
Every journey starts with coaching. Meditation is woven in when it serves you, or can be booked on its own.

As a council facilitator, Jenn has led many women's groups: spaces to speak from the heart, be deeply heard, and remember who you are alongside other women.
Hi, I'm Jenn.
At 19, a moment of deep despair became a shift in consciousness. My mind went quiet, and for the first time I felt peace, joy and a connection to something greater than my thoughts. I've been living and teaching an awakened life ever since.
I've studied with Eckhart Tolle for over 25 years, learned from teachers including Byron Katie and Thomas Hübl, and been deeply influenced by Michael Singer. Today I bring that wisdom, together with coaching and meditation, to help you do the same.
What clients say
“After working together weekly for a year, I can say that after every session I feel more energized, clear, focused, grounded and motivated.”
“Working with Jenn helped me view my situation in a positive, possibility-filled way. I unlocked stuck energy and found ease in taking some really important steps in my life.”
“Working with Jenn, I feel like a human being, not just a client. She is helping me heal myself and live a more fulfilled life.”
Your Self-Care Planner
A simple planner to help you make time for yourself every day. Enter your email and it's yours.
Get in touch with the deeper part of who you are: your true essence.
Research by Columbia psychologist Dr. Lisa Miller shows we are all hard-wired for spirituality. In each session, I help you connect to your inner wisdom and recognize when you are in, or out of, alignment.
Wherever you are in life, this is for you.
My clients come from every season of life. You might be:
- Thriving at work, and wondering why it doesn't feel like enough
- Balancing career and family, and losing yourself somewhere in the middle
- Single, and longing for deeper connection, with others and with yourself
- Searching for your next career, or for work that truly fits you
- Watching your kids grow up and leave, and asking, “What now, for me?”
Whatever brings you here, the heart of the work is the same: quieting the mind, so you can hear the wiser part of you underneath the noise.
Most of my clients are women, and men are always welcome.
Meeting life as it unfolds.
Life unfolds in its own way. Some of it is beyond your control: the loss you didn't see coming, the plan that falls apart, the change you never asked for. You don't get a say in that. But you always get a say in how you meet it.
And life is also a collaboration. When your mind is still, you start to notice the openings and possibilities that were there all along, and you learn to co-create with life as it unfolds.
You stop arguing with life, and start dancing with it.
Attention, silence and the right questions.
I help people live from a place of stillness and presence. It starts with awareness: noticing what's happening inside you before your mind rushes to explain it, judge it or fix it.
In our sessions, I listen closely. I leave room for silence, and I don't assume I know your answer. We slow down together, and I ask questions that help you hear yourself more clearly: what you're feeling, what your mind is telling you, and what becomes possible when you're not caught in the same familiar pattern.
I won't talk over your experience or hand you a script for your life. I'm right there with you, paying attention. My hope is that in that space you feel more grounded, connect with your own awareness, and find a way forward that feels true to you.
Underneath it all are more than 25 years of study and spiritual practice, so each session draws on whatever will serve you best that day. More about my background →

Coaching isn't therapy.
I don't diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Coaching is for people who are ready to grow: to find more stillness and live more fully.
I work alongside many psychiatrists and therapists. If you're going through something that needs clinical care, such as depression or trauma, I'm glad to work together with yours, or to help you find one.
Gather in circle.
There is a particular kind of healing that happens when women sit together, speak honestly and are truly heard. As a council facilitator, Jenn has led many women's circles, day workshops and trainings, and holds each one with warmth and care.
Circles, workshops + trainings

Women's Trainings

What is council?
Council is an ancient way of gathering in a circle, where each person speaks in turn and everyone else listens without interruption. It creates a space where honesty feels safe and every voice matters.
Held with care, by a trained council facilitator.
Jenn brings her experience as a council facilitator, National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach and certified meditation teacher into every circle, creating a space that feels grounded, safe and alive.

Hi, I'm Jenn, and I'm so happy you're here.
Most people are living with constant mental chatter, believing they are their thoughts. But you are so much more than the noise in your head. When you learn to step back from it, you connect with your inner wisdom and start co-creating with life as it unfolds. I'd love to show you how.
The day my mind went quiet.
Since I was five years old, I knew I wanted to be an actress. As a child I felt deeply connected to something bigger than me, lying in the grass outside, completely at home in the world.
By 19, I had traded all of that for what I was supposed to do. I was living at home and commuting to college to study something I didn't care about. On the outside I looked fine: social, fun, surrounded by friends. Inside, life had lost its depth and meaning. I was going through the motions, chasing things that were never going to fill me.
Then my boyfriend broke up with me, and everything I'd been holding together fell apart. One night I lay in bed, so lost in despair that I no longer wanted to live.
That's when it happened. The anxious, mind-made self I had been living as simply fell away, and what remained was a deep, quiet peace. The next morning, the world was new. The birds outside sounded more beautiful than I'd ever heard them. Music was more vibrant. Colors were brighter. I felt connected to something far greater than myself, and for the first time in years, I knew exactly what I needed to do.
I enrolled in theater school in New York City. Every day I commuted in with a joy I hadn't felt since I was a little girl, and before long I moved there. In New York, I met myself again.
I discovered I didn't need most of the things I'd thought would make me happy. I learned to stop taking life, and myself, so seriously. I'd always had a sense of humor, but now I became more playful and more appreciative, amazed at simply being alive and breathing.
Years later, I found the words for what had happened to me: a shift in consciousness, a falling away of identification with the thinking mind. It's the heart of what I share with my clients today. You don't have to wait for a crisis to wake up. You can learn to find that stillness and live from it, starting now.
My second awakening came at my father's bedside. From the moment I walked into his hospital room, I was simply present: with him, with the room, with everything his passing brought. When he took his last breath, I felt everything expand, and I lived in that spacious, awake state for nearly two months. It showed me that no matter what's unfolding in life, you can give space to it and expand from it. That's what I bring to every client I work with.
Presence first.
Then the deeper questions.
I've been doing this work for over 25 years, ever since my first awakening. Along the way I've explored nearly everything, from silent meditation retreats and yoga retreats to sweat lodges, and I've studied with many master meditation teachers.
Before coaching, I spent many years as an actress and as a massage therapist. Both taught me to be fully present with another person, to listen deeply, and to notice what's said without words, and I bring that to every session.
Eckhart Tolle has been part of my path from the beginning. I first studied with him in small group gatherings, back when he was just becoming known, and I've since completed his School of Awakening twice. I've also done live sessions with Byron Katie and Thomas Hübl, and I've been deeply influenced by the teachings of Michael Singer.
My board certification in coaching was built on Guiding Mindful Change, an approach that brings awareness into every moment of a session. That's still the heart of how I work.
I've been meditating for 30 years, and I'm a certified meditation teacher. I've seen again and again how powerful meditation is for quieting the mind. But it isn't the only way. Some of my clients find it hard to get still in meditation, so together we find other ways to settle the mind that work for them.
I don't follow a single method. I bring all of it, and above all, I bring presence. From that place, I ask the deep questions that help you notice your thoughts and the stories you've been telling yourself, and tell the difference between what is and the story you've made up about it. As the story loosens, you connect with your wise self, the deepest part of who you are. You feel the expansion that's always been there, and you learn how to find your way back to it on your own.
“Acknowledging the good that is already in your life is the foundation for all abundance.”
“Jenn's approach is easy and natural. Meeting with her reminds me to take a breath and do something for myself, the best feeling. She is helping me live a more fulfilled life.”
